摘要

为解决综放回采工艺所存在的顶煤损失率较高的问题,以 82203 综采工作面为例开展研究,在对其现场条件及顶底板条件分析的基础上,通过理论分析得出综放回采工艺可适用于 82203 工作面,并对现场工艺参数进行实测,对两采一放双轮顺序放煤工艺中的放煤口数目和割煤速度进行优选,得出了适用于 82203综采工作面的最佳开采方式和工艺参数.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high top coal loss rate in fully mechanized caving mining technology,this paper takes 82203 fully mechanized mining face as an example to carry out research.Based on the analysis of its site conditions and roof and floor conditions,through theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the fully mechanized caving mining technology can be applied to 82203 working face.The field process parameters are measured,and the number of coal scuppers and coal cutting speed in the two mining one caving two wheel sequential caving technology are optimized,and the best mining method and process parameters applicable to 82203 fully mechanized mining face are obtained.
