Study on Anaerobic Ammoxidation of Wastewater from Printed Circuit Board Industrial Park
In this study,a set of pre-denitrification-nitrosation-anaerobic ammoxidation pilot experimental device was built to treat the wastewater of PCB industrial park. The experimental results showed that the pre-denitrification-nitrosation system could complete the carbon removal and partial nitrosation treatment of PCB wastewater, and the wastewater treated by this system could meet the influent requirements of anaerobic ammoxidation. The whole set of experimental devices still achieved good treatment results in the face of large changes in influent water quality. The average effluent ammonia nitrogen was only 6.5 mg/L,the average effluent total nitrogen 20.1 mg/L,and the average effluent COD74.7 mg/L.The coupled denitrification phenomenon appeared in the anaerobic ammox reactor, and the nitrate and nitrogen concentration of the effluent after anaerobic ammoX treatment was lower than that of the nitrosation effluent.According to the experimental results, the author also put forward the project implementation proposal of using anaerobic ammonia oxidation process to treat PCB industrial park wastewater.
