Innovation and Application of Pre-SNCR+SCR Denitrification Technology for 2.4 Million ton Chain Grate Rotary Kiln
This paaer elaborated in detail the practical application effect of using pre SNCR+SCR denitrification technology in the 2.4 million ton grate rotary kiln.The hot exhaust gas from the preheating stage of the grate machine,which has undergone multi tube dust removal and denitrification treatment,is reheated and used as the gas source for SCR denitrification urea pyrolysis.Compared with the conventional use of directly heating air or using the hot exhaust gas from the third stage of the ring cooler as the gas source for urea pyrolysis,the hot exhaust gas has higher heat,fewer impurities,and is less likely to cause blockage of the ammonia spray grille.At the same time,it can effectively save about 50%of electricity consumption and reduce electricity expenses by 640 000 yuan.
