摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加快,我国的城市布局也在随之不断调整,城市化建设对于用地的需求也在不断改变,随着工业用地中企业的搬离,为城市建设遗留出大面积的建设用地.为更好的对土地资源进行利用,有关部门需要确保工业遗留用地不会存在污染问题,从而最大限度的满足后续的土地资源开发与利用.基于此,本文对工业场地土壤污染状况初步调查进行分析,以供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,China's urban layout is also constantly adjusting,and the demand for land in urbanization construction is also constantly changing.With the relocation of enterprises in industrial land,a large area of construction land is left for urban construction.In order to better utilize land resources,relevant departments need to ensure that industrial legacy land does not have pollution problems,thus maximizing the satisfaction of subsequent land resource development and utilization.Based on this,this article analyzes the preliminary investigation of soil pollution in industrial sites for reference and inspiration.
