Research on the Treatment of Organic Chemical Production Wastewater by Coagulation Precipitation Fenton Oxidation Process
In order to alleviate the pressure on environmental protection caused by high concentration and difficult to degrade organic chemical production wastewater, this study adopts a coagulation improvement process for composite treatment based on the wastewater situation of a certain metal corrosion inhibitor in industrial production.Through the design ratio and experimental verification of coagulation precipitation process and oxidation process, the aim is to improve its degradation ability. The results showed that the combined process had a significant effect on reducing the concentration of pollutants in wastewater treatment. The removal rate of dichromate index reached 89.41%,and the biochemical oxygen demand ratio under mixed process treatment reached 0.47.The molecular degradation effect was much greater than that of single process treatment. The proposed composite treatment process can efficiently treat methylbenzotriazole wastewater, providing constructive technical means for the healthy development and environmental protection of the chemical industry.
