间苯二酚废水处理工艺研究

摘要
间苯二酚被广泛应用在化工制造领域,是重要的中间材料,但在使用中会排放大量有害间苯二酚废水.为了有效解决该问题,研究基于吸附工艺技术,采用一种自制旋转填料床作为废水处理设备,检验废水在不同酸碱度、温度、浓度、吸附时间以及吸附材料下的处理效果.最终通过实验表明,当酸碱度设置为 4、实验质量浓度初始值为900 mg/L,并且调整吸附时间为 120 min时,间苯二酚去除效果最佳,去除率为0.987.研究内容将为化工制造以及工业废水处理提供技术支持.
Abstract
Resorcinol is widely used in the field of chemical manufacturing and is an important intermediate material,but it can discharge a large amount of harmful resorcinol wastewater during use.In order to effectively solve this problem,a self-made rotating packed bed was used as a wastewater treatment equipment based on adsorption technology to test the treatment effect of wastewater under different pH values,temperatures,concentrations,adsorption times,and adsorption materials.The final experiment showed that when the pH was set to 4,the initial experimental mass concentration was 900 mg/L,and the adsorption time was adjusted to 120 min,the removal effect of resorcinol was the best,with a removal rate of 0.987.The research content will provide technical support for chemical manufacturing and industrial wastewater treatment.
