Analysis of Influencing Factors of Limestone Gypsum Wet Desulfurization Process
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the influence of various parameters on desulfurization efficiency in the limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process,this study uses experimental analysis methods to systematically analyze the effects of raw material quality,absorption tower operating conditions,and circulating slurry characteristics on desulfurization efficiency,taking specific changes in chemical composition,particle size of limestone,and operating conditions as examples.The results showed that the CaCO3 content and particle size,liquid to gas ratio,reaction temperature,pH value,slurry concentration,and oxidation air volume of limestone all had a significant impact on desulfurization efficiency.The experimental data reveals the importance of optimizing these parameters to improve desulfurization efficiency,and the research results can provide scientific basis for the improvement of desulfurization processes in industrial applications.
