Research on Optimization Strategy of Power Plant Wastewater Treatment Based on Zero Wastewater Discharge Target
As a large-scale industrial water and wastewater generator, thermal power plants need to deeply treat and resource their wastewater to achieve zero discharge, which is of great significance for environmental protection. Therefore,a highly efficient and environmentally friendly treatment process has been proposed for wastewater from thermal power plants, aiming to reduce wastewater treatment costs, improve treatment efficiency, and achieve true zero discharge of wastewater. The methods proposed in the study are mainly divided into two parts:physical and chemical methods and adsorption methods.Through the alternating treatment of the two methods, the wastewater from thermal power plants can achieve zero discharge, while also recovering heavy metal ions from the wastewater to produce industrial salts. From the experimental results,it can be seen that the content of heavy metals such as mercury, chromium, and nickel in the wastewater treated by the method proposed in this study is much lower than the national emission standards. Therefore, the proposed scheme is feasible.
