Design,Synthesis, and Performance of Metal Organic Framework Proton Conducting Materials
The metal-organic framework{[Co(TIPB)(L)0.5]·5CH3OH·2H2O}n was synthesized by 4,4'-biphenyl-2,2'-disulfonic acid(H4L),1,3,5-tris(4-imidazolylphenyl)benzene(TIPB)and cobalt salts.Structural analysis of the crystal structure reveals that the compound is a three-dimensional porous framework with CoⅡ-TIPB two-dimensional layers supported by the sulfonyl aromatic acid L4-ligands.The structure exhibits a structural porosity of 41.5%with the pores filled with sulfonyl groups.Proton conductivity measurement indicates proton conductivity σ of compound at 80℃is 1.34×10-4 S·cm-1,and the proton conductivity activation energy is 0.58 eV,suggesting its potential applications as proton conducting material.
