一种可室温制备及低温固化的无机磷酸盐涂层

采用空气喷涂法,在室温下制备了一种可低温固化的无机磷酸盐涂层,通过接触角测试,证实了磷酸二氢铝黏结剂的润湿性和亲水性.利用正交实验法,通过分析涂层试样固化后的失水质量、表面形貌和黏结强度,确定了固化剂(MgO)的含量和固化温度.结果表明,当固化剂质量分数为 2%、固化温度为 160℃时,涂层的综合性能最好.
An Inorganic Phosphate Coating Prepared at Room Temperature and Cured at Low Temperature
An inorganic phosphate coating can be cured at low temperature was prepared by air spraying at room temperature.The wettability and hydrophilicity of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as a binder were confirmed by contact angle test.The content of curing agent(MgO)and curing temperature were determined by analyzing the water loss,surface morphology,and bonding strength after curing.The results show that the coating exhibits the best comprehensive performance when the curing agent content was 2%and the curing temperature was 160℃.
