An Inorganic Phosphate Coating Prepared at Room Temperature and Cured at Low Temperature
An inorganic phosphate coating can be cured at low temperature was prepared by air spraying at room temperature. The wettability and hydrophilicity of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as a binder were confirmed by contact angle test. The content of curing agent(MgO)and curing temperature were determined by analyzing the water loss, surface morphology, and bonding strength after curing. The results show that the coating exhibits the best comprehensive performance when the curing agent content was 2%and the curing temperature was 160℃.
