Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of ZIF-67 Porous Carbon/MnO2 Composite Material
MOF materials have become a research hotspot in high specific capacitance energy storage materials due to their ultra-high surface area and diverse structures. This article uses rapid oxidation-reduction method to prepare C/MnO2 composite materials with ZIF-67 as the carbon source.According to SEM analysis, the composite material still maintains the polyhedral structure of ZIF-67.Electrochemical performance analysis shows that in KOH electrolyte, the specific capacitance is 156.5 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g and 72.5 F/g at 10 A/g,with a specific capacitance retention rate of 54%.It has good rate characteristics and is an excellent electrode material for supercapacitors.
