影响TPV阻燃电缆料耐油性能的研究

以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚乙烯(PE)/聚丙烯(PP)三元热塑性动态硫化橡胶(TPV)为基材,制备出耐油、阻燃EPDM/PE/PP三元TPV复合材料.研究了不同材料对热塑性弹性体(TPV)耐油性能的影响.结果表明:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的添加可以增强TPV的耐油性,且随用量增加,其效果更显著;氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)和石蜡油的添加会削弱TPV的耐油性;具有高等规度的聚丙烯(PP)也可提升TPV的耐油性能.这些结果对于研发用于电线电缆的阻燃耐油TPV的配方设计具有积极意义.
Research on the Oil Resistance Performance of TPV Flame Retardant Cable Materials
Oil resistant and flame-retardant EPDM/PE/PP ternary TPV composite materials were prepared using EPDM/PE/PP ternary thermoplastic dynamic vulcanized rubber(TPV)as the substrate.The influence of different materials on the oil resistance of thermoplastic elastomers(TPV)was studied.The results showed that the addition of high-density polyethylene(HDPE)can enhance the oil resistance of TPV,and as the amount increases,the effect becomes more significant.The addition of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene copolymer(SEBS)and paraffin oil weakens the oil resistance of TPV.Polypropylene(PP)with high regularity can also improve the oil resistance of TPV.These results are significant for the formulation design of flame retardant and oil-resistant TPV used in wire and cable applications.
