高性能环保水基钻井液固壁剂研究分析

为提高水基钻井液在井壁稳定性、滤失控制和环保性方面的综合性能,满足日益严格的环保要求与钻探效率的双重需求,研究开发出了一种新型、高性能环保水基钻井液固壁剂.采用实验室合成与配方优化方法,结合物理化学性质测试与钻井液性能评估的综合分析手段,研究该固壁剂对水基钻井液性能影响.通过优化固壁剂化学组成,评估其在不同钻井条件下的应用效果,特别是在降低滤失量、改善泥饼质量和提高井壁稳定性方面的表现.结果表明,通过配方优化得到的新型固壁剂,能够改善水基钻井液的物理化学性质与钻井性能,可为实现高效、环保的钻探作业提供技术支持.
Research and Analysis of High-performance and Environmentally Friendly Water-based Drilling Fluid Solid Wall Agent
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of water-based drilling fluid in wellbore stability,filtration control,and environmental protection,and meet the dual requirements of increasingly strict environmental protection requirements and drilling efficiency,a new type of high-performance and environmentally friendly water-based drilling fluid wall fixing agent has been developed.Using laboratory synthesis and formula optimization methods,combined with comprehensive analysis methods of physical and chemical property testing and drilling fluid performance evaluation,this study investigates the effect of the wall fixing agent on the performance of water-based drilling fluids.By optimizing the chemical composition of the wall fixing agent,evaluate its application effect under different drilling conditions,especially in reducing filtration loss,improving mud cake quality,and enhancing wellbore stability.The results indicate that the new wall fixing agent obtained through formula optimization can improve the physical and chemical properties and drilling performance of water-based drilling fluids,and provide technical support for achieving efficient and environmentally friendly drilling operations.
