Application Analysis of Ion Chromatography in Water Quality Analysis
In order to reduce the impact of water sample treatment on the determination results in water quality analysis, this paper proposes a method of first derivative ion chromatography for the determination of calcium and magnesium ions in water. In actual measurement, the influence of various factors on the measurement method is first comprehensively analyzed, and finally a neutral pH and room temperature measurement environment is selected.Secondly, after obtaining the corresponding ion chromatogram, the first-order derivative and another ion derivative value will be obtained for each chromatogram, which can prove that the derivative value has a linear relationship with the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions and can support the measurement work. Finally, comparing the results of this method with titration determination method can prove its good value in the determination of calcium and magnesium ions in water quality, which is conducive to improving the quality of laboratory analysis work.
