摘要

异狄氏剂是一种常见的有机氯农药之一,本文利用气相色谱法(GC-ECD)考察了影响异狄氏剂降解的因素,并确定在脉冲不分流进样模式下,进样口温度为 280℃时,首选超高惰带玻璃纤维衬管 5190-2293 和不黏连的流失与温度优化BTO隔垫 5183-4757,异狄氏剂标准样品降解率最低,但在连续进样 10 次后,降解率不再满足标准规定的仪器性能检查要求.

Abstract

Endrin is one of the common organochlorine pesticides.In this paper,gas chromatography(GC-ECD)was used to investigate the factors affecting the degradation of endrin.It was determined that in the pulse non split injection mode,when the injection port temperature was 280℃,the preferred choice was the ultra-high inert glass fiber liner 5190-2293 and non adhesive loss and temperature optimized BTO spacer 5183-4757.The degradation rate of the standard sample of endrin was the lowest,but after 10 consecutive injections,the degradation rate no longer met the instrument performance inspection requirements specified in the standard.
