Comparative Analysis of Nessler's Reagent Spectrophotometry and Flow Injection Method for Determining Ammonia Nitrogen in Water
In order to improve the detection efficiency of ammonia nitrogen in water, the results of Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry and flow injection method were analyzed and compared. The experimental results showed that under the same conditions, the flow injection method had better precision and accuracy in data comparison with Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry, higher recovery rate, high degree of automation, and fewer interference factors, making it very suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water.
