摘要

本文通过电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定盐酸和硝酸溶液体系中的钌、铑、钯、铱、铂、金 6 种贵金属元素,研究了酸的类型、浓度和溶液的存放时间对各元素的线性相关系数、线性误差、记忆效应以及加标回收率的影响.结果表明,1%盐酸和硝酸溶液体系适合ICP-MS分析钌、铑、钯、铱、铂元素,3%~4%盐酸溶液体系适合ICP-MS分析金元素.

Abstract

The paper used inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to determine six precious metal elements,Ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt,and Au,in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid solution systems.The effects of acid type,acidity,and storage time on the linear correlation coefficient,linear error,memory effect,and spiked recovery rate of each element were studied.The results indicated that the 1%hydrochloric acid and nitric acid solution system was suitable for ICP-MS analysis of Ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt,while the 3%to 4%hydrochloric acid solution system was suitable for ICP-MS analysis of Au elements.
