Comparative Analysis and Determination of Nitrate Nitrogen in Water by Ultraviolet Spectroscopy and Ion Chromatography
This article uses UV spectrophotometry and ion chromatography to determine the content of nitrate nitrogen in water, and compares and analyzes parameters such as sampling amount, detection time, standard curve, precision, and accuracy. The results showed that ion chromatography requires less sample size than ultraviolet spectrophotometry, while ultraviolet spectrophotometry has a shorter analysis time than ion chromatography;Meanwhile, ion chromatography can simultaneously measure multiple inorganic anions. The correlation coefficients of the standard curves for both methods are greater than 0.999,and the regression equations have a good linear relationship. The relative standard deviations are 1.6%and 0.5%,respectively,and the spiked recovery rates are 92.0%~102%and 94.0%~110%,respectively,all of which meet the quality control requirements.
