Comprehensive Determination Method for Chlorate and Perchlorate Content in Soil
Perchlorate is a new type of environmental pollutant that is easily soluble in water, difficult to degrade, and persistent. It can inhibit the absorption of iodine and weaken thyroid function, seriously affecting the normal growth and development of the human body. The determination method of chlorate and perchlorate content in soil is very important for ensuring human health.Based on this, the commonly used methods for determining the content of chlorates and perchlorates in soil, including ion chromatography, ion chromatography-mass spectrometry, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, were introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared and analyzed in order to continuously improve the determination methods and meet the sensitivity and accuracy requirements of detection.
