目的:建立HPLC-MS/MS法同时测定电子烟烟油中非法添加的依托咪酯的含量.方法:分析采用WATERS CORTECS UPLC T3 色谱柱(2.1×100 mm,1.6 μm),流动相乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱模式,色谱柱温度为40℃,进样量为 1 μL,电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子扫描模式.监测模式:FULL MS.结果:依托咪酯在 1.02~102.39 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率为 99.62%,RSD为 0.37%.结论:该方法结果准确可靠,排除了采用紫外光谱、液相色谱、红外光谱鉴别方法可能产生的干扰,可用于对电子烟烟油中非法添加依托咪酯的测定.
Determination of Etomidate Content in Electronic Cigarette oil by HPLC-MS/MS Method
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of illegally added etomidate in electronic cigarette oil.METHOD:Analysis using WATERS CORTECS UPLC T3 column(2.1×100 mm,1.6 μm),mobile phase acetonitrile(A)-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(B),gradient elution mode,chromatographic column temperature at 40℃,injection volume of 1 μL.Electrospray ion source(ESI),positive ion scanning mode,monitoring mode:FULL MS.RESULTS:Etomidate has a good linear relationship in the range of 1.02~102.39 ng/ml,r=0.999 5,the average recovery rate is 99.62%,and the RSD is 0.37%.CONCLUSION:The results of this method are accurate and reliable,eliminating possible interference caused by identification methods such as UV spectroscopy,liquid chromatography,and infrared spectroscopy.It can be used for the determination of illegal addition of etomidate in electronic cigarette oil.
