摘要

建立了原子荧光光谱法测定水处理剂次氯酸钠中锑含量的检测方法.采用硝酸体系进行预处理,加入硫脲和抗坏血酸作为还原剂和掩蔽剂,利用原子荧光光谱法测定其中锑含量.在最佳测定条件下,锑的质量浓度在0~10.0 μg/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997,方法检出限为 0.0007 μg/g,样品加标回收率在 81.0%~91.6%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为 8.4%和 9.1%(n=6).本方法预处理简单快捷,灵敏度高,准确性良好,适用于水处理剂次氯酸钠中锑含量的测定.

Abstract

The method for determination of antimony in water treatment chemical sodium hypochlorite by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.The nitric acid system was used for pretreatment,and thiourea and ascorbic acid were added as reducing and masking agents,the antimony was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Under the optimum conditions,there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of antimony solution and its fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.0~10.0 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7,the detection limit of the method was 0.000 7 μg/g,the spiked recoveries of samples ranged from 81.0%to 91.6%,and the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 8.4%and 9.1%(n=6),respectively.This method was simple and fast,with high sensitivity and good accuracy,and was suitable for the determination of antimony in water treatment chemical sodium hypochlorite.
