Analysis of Ammonia Synthesis Rate Based on MgAlRu-500R Photothermal Catalysis
To solve the problems of complex preparation, low reaction rate, and resource waste in traditional ammonia synthesis catalysts, the MgAlRu-500R photothermal catalytic ammonia production process is proposed.Prepare the catalyst according to the experimental requirements, conduct MgAlRu-500R absorbance testing from both absorbance and broad-spectrum absorption performance, analyze the performance of photothermal catalytic synthesis of ammonia under atmospheric pressure conditions, and evaluate the application effect of the catalyst. The results showed that under normal pressure,MgAlRu-500R catalyst can undergo ammonia synthesis reaction, and temperature affects the ammonia production rate, reaching 3.0 mmol/(g·h)at 380℃.When the temperature is consistent, the activity of the catalyst in photothermal catalysis is significantly improved compared to pure thermal catalysis. The introduction of light accelerates the dissociation of nitrogen molecules and increases the rate of ammonia production. The application effect of MgAlRu-500R photothermal catalytic synthesis of ammonia is good, which plays a promoting role in the development of ammonia synthesis industry.
