Research on Decarbonization of Variable Gas in Natural Gas Hydrogen Production Plant
Currently,China has very strict control over carbon dioxide emissions,and the proposal of carbon neutrality has a profound impact on petroleum processing.The carbon dioxide content in hydrogen production equipment products accounts for about 1/5 and is easy to extract.This article introduces a method for extracting carbon dioxide from hydrogen production equipment products.Firstly,the necessity of decarbonization of medium shift gas and the impact of decarbonization on hydrogen yield are introduced.Then,several lean amine solutions are briefly introduced,and suitable lean amine solutions are selected through comparative analysis.Finally,the process flow of decarbonization of medium shift gas is presented,and the economic benefits generated are calculated.
