A Gas Phase Equilibrium Tube Used to Improve the Safety of Solvent Entering the Kettle and Reduce VOCs Volatilization
This article introduces a suction tube designed using the principle of gas phase equilibrium.Through eight sets of experimental tests during the process of pumping solvent into the reaction kettle,it was found that it can effectively reduce the oxygen content in the solvent tank,thereby avoiding the formation of explosive atmosphere and improving the safety factor during operation,simultaneously reducing the unorganized volatilization of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the environment and improving the working environment for operators.
