Analysis and Countermeasures for High Inlet and Exhaust Temperature of Compressor
The 2.6 million tons/year atmospheric pressure unit of the first joint workshop of the Yan'an Refinery has experienced corrosion and leakage in the oil and gas air-cooling tube bundles and oil and gas pipelines at the top of the tower since November 2020.At the same time,the compressor has experienced five failures since December 2020.Through on-site disassembly inspection,it was found that there was severe scaling between the intake valve and the exhaust valve plate,and the sealing surface was corroded.It was initially determined that the reason was the medium is filled with liquid,causing the air valve to leak.After the cause of the fault is determined,modifications and upgrades will be carried out from both aspects of the process equipment to ensure long-term operation of the device.
