Application of SNAR Acid and Nitrogen Removal Technology in the Catalytic Cracking Unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical's Wax Oil
Due to the high content of sulfuric acid aerosols in the exhaust gas of the 3 million t/a wax oil catalytic cracking unit of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the particulate matter concentration exceeded the standard.In conjunction with Qingdao Huicheng Environmental Protection Technology Group Co.,Ltd.,an industrial application test of SNAR acid removal and denitrification process technology was conducted.Using pneumatic conveying to spray solid powdered reducing agent into the flue of the catalytic device,the solid reducing agent decomposes into gaseous reducing substances,which react with SO3 and NOx.The industrial application results show that the concentration of SO3 can be significantly reduced,with a SO3 removal rate of 41.1%~57.7%,thereby reducing the content of sulfate aerosol particles in the exhaust gas,ensuring that the particles meet the emission standards,and significantly improving the tailing situation of industrial flue gas.At the same time,the NOx removal rate can reach 50%~70%.The industrial application research shows that the SNAR acid and denitrification process has a high acid and denitrification effect,and does not have adverse effects such as corrosion on production line equipment,which increases economic and environmental benefits for the safe operation of catalytic cracking equipment and has certain application prospects.
