Application of Fenton Technology in the Deep Treatment of Emulsion Wastewater from Mechanical Processing
In order to improve the treatment effect of mechanical processing emulsion wastewater,a mechanical processing emulsion wastewater treatment process based on Fenton technology was designed through experimental analysis.Firstly, according to the experimental requirements, the corresponding experimental plan was designed, including the selection of experimental reagents and equipment, and the determination of experimental operation methods. Then, based on this, the treatment effect of mechanical processing emulsion wastewater was experimentally analyzed under different pH values,H2O2 to Fe2+molar ratios,H2O2 addition amounts, reaction temperatures, reaction times, and K2S2O8 addition amounts, and the optimal Fenton treatment process parameters were determined.Through experimental analysis,it can be concluded that the optimal parameters for Fenton treatment process are:wastewater pH value of 3.0,H2O2 to Fe2+molar ratio of 3.0,H2O2 addition amount of 30 mL/L,K2S2O8 addition amount of 4.0 g/L,reaction temperature of 60℃,and reaction time of 60 min.Under these conditions, the COD removal rate of emulsion wastewater reaches about 85%,and the turbidity removal rate reaches about 70%.This process parameter can be extended to modern mechanical processing emulsion wastewater treatment work.
