高分子塑性材料在煤矿堵漏风中的应用研究

为了解决传统混凝土材料凝固时间长、粉尘浓度大、回弹率高等影响井下通风密闭性的问题.提出了将KA-GK加强型堵漏风用密封酯材料应用于煤矿井下巷道密封堵漏.对该材料的制备要求、原料参数等进行了分析.根据井下的实际应用表明,新型高分子塑性材料在结构强度上和传统混凝土基本一致,但在密封性、施工效率方面具有显著的优势.
Research on the Application of Polymer Plastic Materials in Coal Mine Air Leakage Control
In order to solve the problems of long solidification time,high dust concentration,and high rebound rate of traditional concrete materials that affect underground ventilation and airtightness,this paper proposed the application of KA-GK reinforced sealing ester material for sealing and plugging air leaks in underground coal mine tunnels.An analysis was conducted on the preparation requirements and raw material parameters of the material.According to practical applications underground,the new polymer plastic material has similar structural strength to traditional concrete,but has significant advantages in sealing and construction efficiency.
