自燃煤层超长工作面采空区三带监测及防灭火技术

以 3301 工作面为研究背景,针对 3301 工作面大采高、地温高、湿度高以及遗煤量大导致自然发火危险性强的特征,采用现场实测法对 3301 工作面采空区三带进行监测,并制定防灭火技术方案.经过现场实测确定进风巷一侧散热带、氧化带、窒息带范围分别0~33 m、33~81 m、81 m以外,回风巷一侧散热带、氧化带、窒息带范围分别0~21 m、21~72 m、72 m以外;提出使用"全区封堵、多源惰化"的综合灭火技术、多功能一体化防灭火系统进行防灭火.现场应用后,矿井采空区防灭火能力得以有效提升,避免采空区遗煤自燃,并给煤炭高效回采创造良好条件.
Monitoring and Fire Prevention Technology for the Three Zones of Goaf in the Ultra Long Working Face of Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam
Taking the 3301 working face as the research background,in response to the characteristics of high mining height,high ground temperature,high humidity,and large amount of residual coal in the 3301 working face,the three zones of the goaf in the 3301 working face were monitored using on-site measurement method,and a fire prevention and extinguishing technical plan was formulated.After on-site measurement,it was determined that the range of the heat dissipation zone,oxidation zone,and suffocation zone on one side of the intake airway is outside 0~33 m,33~81 m,and 81 m,respectively.The range of the heat dissipation zone,oxidation zone,and suffocation zone on one side of the return airway is outside 0~21 m,21~72 m,and 72 m,respectively.Propose to use a comprehensive fire extinguishing technology of"whole area blocking and multi-source inerting"and a multifunctional integrated fire prevention and extinguishing system for fire prevention and extinguishing.After on-site application,the fire prevention and extinguishing capabilities of the mine goaf have been effectively improved,avoiding spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf and creating favorable conditions for efficient coal recovery.
