Research on Reinforcement Technology for Soft Rock Tunnels in Deep Mining
In response to the problems of poor bearing capacity and low strength of the surrounding rock in the 8203 return air duct,such as large deformation of the surrounding rock and failure of some support structures,a comprehensive use of shallow hole and deep hole grouting methods is proposed to reinforce the surrounding rock of the roadway,and a specific technical scheme for surrounding rock reinforcement is given based on the site conditions.In the return air duct,a 4-meter borehole and JD-WJF-4 reinforcement material are used for shallow hole grouting to form a sealing and reinforcement zone in the shallow surrounding rock.Use 6-meter drilling and JD-WJF-1 reinforcement material for deep hole grouting to enhance the strength and deformation resistance of deep surrounding rock.After on-site application,the reinforcement of the surrounding rock in the 8203 return air duct has achieved good results,with the deformation of the roof,floor,and roadway walls controlled within 107.9 and 57.3 mm,respectively.The original support system is coupled with the grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rock,which can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock in deep soft rock tunnels and achieve good reinforcement results on site.
