Design and Application of Coal Caving Parameters for Tenghui Coal Industry Fully Mechanized Caving Face
In response to the issue of the significant impact of top coal mining parameters on top coal recovery rate,based on the engineering background of Tenghui Coal Industry's 2#coal seam,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods were used to determine the reasonable coal mining parameters as follows:the cutting height is 3 m,the mining ratio is 1:1.03,the coal mining step is 0.8 m,and the coal mining method is single wheel interval coal mining.On site testing was conducted on the 2-202 working face,and the monitoring results showed that under the aforementioned coal discharge parameters,the top coal recovery rate was 89.5%and the gangue content rate was 7.6%.The aforementioned design scheme is reasonable and feasible,which can ensure safe and efficient production of the working face.
