为解决胡底煤业大巷严重变形造成的矿井通风困难问题,设计在大巷 5#横川至10#横川间新掘大巷绕巷,结合矿井生产地质条件设计"斜巷+煤巷"、"暗立井+平巷"、"暗立井+全煤巷"和"暗立井+底板岩巷"四种绕道布置方案,借助数值模拟手段对四种方案的巷道布置方式、资金投入、施工难度等进行综合分析,确定绕巷最佳布置方式为"煤巷+煤巷",研究结果为胡底煤业选择合理巷道布置方式以及保证矿井安全具有重要理论指导意义.
Research on Optimization Design of High Stress,Large Cross Section,and Large Lane Winding in Hudi Coal Industry
In order to solve the problem of difficult mine ventilation caused by severe deformation of the main roadway in Hudi Coal Industry,a new main roadway was designed between No.5 Hengchuan and No.10 Hengchuan,and four bypass layout schemes were designed based on the geological conditions of the mine production,including"inclined roadway+coal roadway","hidden shaft+flat roadway","hidden shaft+full coal roadway"and"hidden shaft+bottom rock roadway".By using numerical simulation methods,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the roadway layout,capital investment,construction difficulty,etc.of the four schemes,and the optimal layout of the bypass roadway was determined as"coal roadway+coal roadway".The research results have important theoretical guidance significance for Hudi Coal Industry to choose a reasonable roadway layout and ensure mine safety.
