摘要

为了推进清洁生产和节能减排,实现企业生产环保升级改造,某公司启动了碳基新材料循环经济产业项目,该项目预计建设 6 条高纯度纳米炭黑生产线,配套建设 2 套 35 MW超高温超高压高效蒸汽发电装置,通过对该项目能耗分析评价,该项目符合节能设计技术相关标准,发电煤耗、供电煤耗、厂用电率均优于对比企业水平,达到行业先进水平.

Abstract

In order to promote clean production,energy conservation and emission reduction,and achieve environmental protection upgrading and transformation of enterprise production,a company has launched a carbon based new material circular economy industry project.The project is expected to build 6 high-purity nano carbon black production lines and 2 sets of 35 MW ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure high-efficiency steam power generation devices.Through energy consumption analysis and evaluation of the project,it meets the relevant standards of energy-saving design technology,and the coal consumption for power generation,power supply,and plant electricity consumption are all better than the level of the compared enterprises,reaching the advanced level of the industry.
