Environmental Preliminary Investigation for the Remaining Site of a Petrochemical Enterprise
Taking the relocation site of a petrochemical enterprise in North China as the research object,a preliminary investigation on soil pollution was carried out according to HJ 25.1-2019 and HJ 25.2-2019.Pollution identification was carried out through data collection, site survey and personnel interview, and soil and groundwater samples were collected by combining systematic and judgmental distribution methods. The test items were basic items in GB 36600-2018,routine indicators in GB/T 14848-2017,and plot characteristic pollution factors.A total of 42 soil sites and 8 groundwater points were arranged and 516 groups of soil samples and 9 groups of groundwater samples were collected and analyzed. The investigation results showed that the heavy metals As,V,Ba and petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil of the site exceeded the standard limits, and the factors in groundwater such as NH3-N,Cd,Pb,petroleum and petroleum hydrocarbons exceeded the corresponding standard limits. There are health risks in the first type of land use mode, and further detailed investigation and risk assessment are needed to determine the extent and scope of soil pollution and assess the risk level of pollutants to human health.
