Urban Sewage Purification Technology Based on Chemical Biological Flocculation Process
Chemical biological flocculation process is applied in urban sewage purification technology, using liquid inorganic flocculant PAFC.Through efficient nozzle aeration and stirring, the sewage is quickly mixed and enters the chemical biological flocculation reaction tank.Under the action of microporous aeration technology and independent aeration volume adjustment system, the flocculant and pollutants are fully reacted. After the reaction is completed, the sewage enters the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, while the sludge is pumped back to the reaction tank for recycling. In the experimental results,as the dosage of PAFC increased, the COD removal rate steadily increased from 65%to 82%,the SS removal rate increased from 80%to 93%,the removal rates of NH3-N(ammonia nitrogen)and NO3--N(nitrate nitrogen)both increased, and the TN(total nitrogen)removal rate increased from 40%to 57%.This proves that the chemical biological flocculation process for urban sewage purification technology has shown good effects in treating various pollutants.
