Study on the Emission Efficiency of SCR and Lime Gypsum Double Alkali Process Technology in Coking Plant Flue Gas
The proposal of low-carbon targets has a significant impact on the development and transformation of the coking industry. The study will take the low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)+lime gypsum double alkali desulfurization method as an example, and analyze its emission efficiency through desulfurization and denitrification experiments. The results indicate that the optimal reaction temperature for the SCR reactor is 380℃.Under the condition of meeting sulfur emission standards, the liquid to gas ratio is set within the range of 2.0~2.5 L/m3,and the sodium ion concentration is set within the range of 0.55 mol/L.The research has verified through experiments that the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technologies in the coking industry have good application effects and can achieve high denitrification and desulfurization efficiency, providing constructive technical references for the low-carbon goal implementation in the coking industry.
