低温条件下同步脱硫脱硝焦炉烟气净化技术研究

针对焦化炉温度较低,成熟的脱硫脱硝催化剂在低温环境下效率低下的问题,研究在钢渣法的基础上提出了联合使用复合硫代硫酸钠和硫酸铵反应助剂.复合助剂中的硫代硫酸根离子和铵离子能够有效促进焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝中的氧化反应和NO2 分解.实验表明,复合助剂的最佳浓度为 0.2 mol/L,而钢渣浆液净化反应的最佳温度为40℃、最佳pH值为7.5.最佳参数下钢渣法联合复合助剂能够将烟气净化中二氧化硫脱除率稳定到 100%,而将氧化氮脱除率提高到96.2%.因此,研究提出的钢渣法联合复合助剂在焦炉烟气净化中具有良好的脱硫脱硝性能.
Research on Synchronous Desulfurization and Denitrification Coke Oven Flue Gas purification Technology Under Low Temperature Conditions
In response to the low temperature of coking furnaces and the low efficiency of mature desulfurization and denitrification catalysts in low-temperature environments,a study proposes the combined use of composite sodium thiosulfate and ammonium sulfate reaction aids based on the steel slag method.The thiosulfate ions and ammonium ions in composite additives can effectively promote the oxidation reaction and NO2 decomposition in desulfurization and denitrification of coke oven flue gas.Experiments have shown that the optimal concentration of composite additives is 0.2 mol/L,while the optimal temperature and pH value for the purification reaction of steel slag slurry are 40℃and 7.5,respectively.Under the optimal parameters,the steel slag method combined with composite additives can stabilize the removal rate of sulfur dioxide in flue gas purification to 100%,while increasing the removal rate of nitrogen oxides to 96.2%.Therefore,the proposed steel slag method combined with composite additives has good desulfurization and denitrification performance in the purification of coke oven flue gas.
