电化学氧化工艺处理酚氰废水的研究

针对焦炉煤气酚氰废水处理问题,通过优化工艺,采用Fenton反应、絮凝沉淀及等离子体高级氧化技术进行预处理,再经过电化学催化氧化深度处理方法,达到处理工业酚氰废水的目的.通过实际应用,结果表明,选择最佳的电化学催化氧化时间2.0 h,可以有效处理高浓度污染物,使液体达到国家排放标准.
Research on Electrochemical Oxidation Process for Treating Phenol Cyanide Wastewater
To address the issue of treating phenol cyanide wastewater from coke oven gas,the process was optimized using Fenton reaction,flocculation precipitation,and advanced plasma oxidation technology for pretreatment,followed by electrochemical catalytic oxidation for deep treatment to achieve the goal of treating industrial phenol cyanide wastewater.Through practical application,the results show that selecting the optimal electrochemical catalytic oxidation time of 2.0 hours can effectively treat high concentration pollutants and make the liquid meet national emission standards.
