工业废盐资源化回收二甲基砜关键技术研究

以工业废盐为原料,针对废盐中有价组分二甲基砜(MSM)进行提纯回收.首先采用萃取法对废盐的主要成分及含量进行了分析检测,然后采用分步结晶法提纯回收MSM.探究了溶解温度、冷冻温度、盐水配比对MSM提纯率和纯度的影响.研究结果表明,当溶解温度为 60℃、m(MSM废盐)∶m(水)=1∶1、冷冻温度为 5℃时,MSM回收率为 65%以上,MSM纯度 98%以上;当溶解温度为 60℃、m(MSM粗品)∶m(水)=1.2∶1、冷冻温度为 5℃时,MSM回收率为65%以上,MSM纯度 96%以上,工业生产选择以上参数,均能满足客户收购要求.该方法有效实现了工业废盐的减量化、资源化,为企业带来经济效益的同时节约填埋成本,具有可持续发展意义.
Research on Key Technology for the Recycling of Dimethyl Sulfone from Industrial Waste Salts
Industrial waste salt was used as raw material to purify and recover dimethyl sulfone(MSM).Firstly,the main components and contents of waste salt were analyzed and detected by extraction method,and then MSM was purified and recovered by step-by-step crystallization method.The effects of dissolution temperature,freezing temperature and brine ratio on the purification rate and purity of MSM were explored.The results showed that when the dissolution temperature was 60℃,m(MSM waste salt):m(water)=1:1,and the freezing temperature was 5℃,the recovery rate of MSM was more than 65%,and the purity of MSM was more than 98%.When the dissolution temperature is 60℃,m(MSM crude product):m(water)=1.2:1,and the freezing temperature is 5℃,the recovery rate of MSM is more than 65%,and the purity of MSM is more than 96%.This method effectively realizes the reduction and recycling of MSM industrial waste salt,which brings economic benefits to enterprises and saves landfill costs,which is of sustainable development significance.
