Research on the Application of High Performance Si@NC@Ti3C2Tx Composite Material in Lithium Ion Batteries
Polyaniline-coated silicon nanoparticles embedded in monodisperse MXene(Si@NC@Ti3C2Tx)were synthesized by a simple wet chemical method.When used as anode materials of lithium ion batteries(LIBs),it demonstrates outstanding electrochemical property.The results display that the Si@NC@Ti3C2Tx can deliver a high reversible specific capacity of 767.2 mA·h/g after 300 cycles at the high current density of 1 A/g,when the current density increases from 0.1 A/g to 2 A/g,it shows excellent rate properties and the capacity retention rate is 25.3%.The superior electrochemical property could be ascribed to the lower charge-transfer resistance,better electrode kinetics and shorter Li+diffusion distance.
