高效制备C16格尔伯特醇聚氧烷烯醚硫酸盐的方法研究

摘要
采用共聚法制备C16 格尔伯特醇聚氧烷烯醚(C16GA-PE),再经氨基磺酸硫酸化得到C16GA-PES.该方法可有效降低产品黏度,提高硫酸化效率.制得的C16GA-PES能显著降低水溶液表面张力和油/水界面张力,在临界胶束浓度(约 0.1%)时,分别降至32.2 mN/m和 2.3 mN/m,表现出优异的界面活性.
Abstract
C16 Guerbet alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(C16GA-PE)was prepared by copolymerization,and then sulfated with aminosulfonic acid to obtain C16GA-PES.This method can effectively reduce product viscosity and improve sulfation efficiency.The prepared C16GA-PES can significantly reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution and the interfacial tension of oil/water.At the critical micelle concentration(about 0.1%),it drops to 32.2 mN/m and 2.3 mN/m,respectively,demonstrating excellent interfacial activity.
