本文使用对黑色素瘤有靶向性的透明质酸,修饰氮化硼纳米材料,研究了靶向分子的表面修饰对于氮化硼靶向性能的影响.紫外和红外表征检测了修饰前后的特征峰变化,表明了靶向分子对氮化硼的成功修饰.以B16F10黑色素瘤细胞和L929正常细胞为研究对象,通过T/N测试考察修饰前后氮化硼的靶向性能.
Study on Targeting Performance of the Hyaluronic acid Modified Boron Nitride in Melanoma
In this paper,hyaluronic acid,which targets melanoma,was used to modify boron nitride nanomaterials and the effect of surface modification of targeted molecules on the targeting performance of boron nitride was investigated.UV-vis and infrared characterization methods were used to test the changes in characteristic peaks before and after modification,which confirmed the successful loading of targeted molecules on boron nitride.B16F10 melanoma cells and L929 normal cells were used to explore the targeting performance of boron nitride before and after modification through T/N(tumor to normal)testing.
