金红石型钛白粉无机-有机包覆及耐候性研究

对金红石型钛白粉进行无机、有机、无机-有机两元复合包覆处理工艺研究,结果表明:CeO2 无机包覆最佳工艺为钛白粉浆液质量浓度 400 g/L、搅拌速度550 r/min、CeO2 用量 3%、分散剂用量 0.4%,KH570 有机包覆最佳工艺为KH570 包覆量 3%;无机、有机、无机-有机复合包覆处理后钛白粉Zeta电位值分别为-56.4、-47.9、-65.5 mV,样品完全沉淀时间分别为 14、11、21 d,无机-有机包覆处理能有效改善红石型钛白粉分散性;CeO2 能显著降低金红石型钛白粉光催化活性,提高其耐候性,而KH570 对金红石型钛白粉光催化性的影响较小.
Study on Inorganic Organic Coating and Weather Resistance of Rutile Titanium Dioxide
A study was conducted on the inorganic,organic,and inorganic organic composite coating process of rutile titanium dioxide.The results showed that the optimal process for CeO2 inorganic coating was a titanium dioxide slurry concentration of 400 g/L,a stirring speed of 550 r/min,a CeO2 dosage of 3%,and a dispersant dosage of 0.4%.The optimal process for KH570 organic coating was a KH570 coating dosage of 3%.After inorganic,organic,and inorganic organic composite coating treatment,the Zeta potential values of titanium dioxide were-56.4,-47.9,and-65.5 mV,and the complete precipitation time of the samples was 14,11,and 21 days.Inorganic organic coating treatment can effectively improve the dispersibility of redstone type titanium dioxide.CeO2 can significantly reduce the photocatalytic activity of rutile titanium dioxide powder and improve its weather resistance,while KH570 has little effect on the photocatalytic activity of rutile titanium dioxide powder.
