Performance Analysis of PA6 Non-woven Fabric for Building Flame Retardant with HCCP
Polyamide 6(PA6)is the main chemical material for the preparation of non-woven fabrics, which is widely used in the field of building flame retardant.By adding hexachlorocyclotriphosphonitrile(HCCP),the flame retardancy can be improved more effectively.A PA6/HCCP non-woven fabric was prepared by melt-blown process and its flame retardant property was characterized by experimental test. The results show that the van der Waals interaction between HCCP and PA6 can not directly affect the molecular chain of PA6,but interacts with other macromolecules in the form of physical adsorption, and the flame retardancy of PA6 can be improved by adding HCCP.After the addition of HCCP,the surface density and thickness of the fabric are reduced, and the thickness is between 1.2~1.7 mm,and the surface density is greater than 261.4 g/m2.This research is helpful to improve the understanding of the principle of resin polymers, and can also be extended to other chemical fields.
