Research on the Process of Preparing Sodium Silicate Solution from Biomass Ash
Sodium silicate solution was prepared from biomass ash by alkali dissolution process, and the effect of different process conditions on the extraction rate of SiO2 from biomass ash was studied. The experimental results show that biomass ash has good alkali solubility.Under the conditions of NaOH mass fraction of 10%,reaction temperature of 160℃,liquid-solid ratio(mL/g)of 1:10,and reaction time of 2 h,after multiple verification experiments, the SiO2 extraction rate from biomass ash can reach 75%.This study provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the efficient utilization of biomass ash waste, which has environmental and economic benefits.
