生物质灰制备硅酸钠溶液的工艺研究

摘要
以生物质灰为原料,经碱溶工艺制备硅酸钠溶液,研究了不同工艺条件对生物质灰中SiO2 提取率的影响.实验结果表明,生物质灰具有较好的碱溶性能,在NaOH质量分数为10%、反应温度为160℃、液固比(mL/g)为 1∶10、反应时间为2h的条件下,经多次验证实验,生物质灰中SiO2 提取率可达 75%.该研究为生物质灰废弃物的高效利用提供了理论指导和技术支持,具有环境效益和经济效益.
Abstract
Sodium silicate solution was prepared from biomass ash by alkali dissolution process,and the effect of different process conditions on the extraction rate of SiO2 from biomass ash was studied.The experimental results show that biomass ash has good alkali solubility.Under the conditions of NaOH mass fraction of 10%,reaction temperature of 160℃,liquid-solid ratio(mL/g)of 1:10,and reaction time of 2 h,after multiple verification experiments,the SiO2 extraction rate from biomass ash can reach 75%.This study provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the efficient utilization of biomass ash waste,which has environmental and economic benefits.
