黏合剂脲醛树脂的合成及性质研究

本文采用碱-酸-碱的工艺,尿素分两次加入的合成方法,研究了低游离醛含量、高固体含量的脲醛树脂的合成.考察了原料甲醛的pH值、反应时间等反应条件对脲醛树脂的性能的影响.研究结果表明:合成脲醛树脂的最佳摩尔比是1:2.50,反应时间为2h,最佳pH为7.6,改良剂为三聚氰胺.
Study on the Synthesis and Properties of Urea Formaldehyde Resin
This article adopts the process of alkali acid alkali and the synthesis method of urea added in two parts to study the synthesis of urea formaldehyde resin with low free formaldehyde content and high solid content.The influence of reaction conditions such as pH value and reaction time of raw material formaldehyde on the performance of urea formaldehyde resin was investigated.The research results indicate that the optimal molar ratio for synthesizing urea formaldehyde resin is 1:2.50,the reaction time is 2 hours,the optimal pH is 7.6,and the modifier is melamine.
