载体焙烧方式对CO2-O2联合重整CH4反应的影响

本文主要对载体ZrO2 的焙烧方式对CO2-O2 联合重整CH4 反应的影响进行研究.考察了焙烧气氛、焙烧温度等对催化剂性能和CO2-O2 联合重整CH4 反应性能的影响.研究结果表明:反应温度为 800℃,W/F=0.5×10-4 g/(mL·h),原料气配比为V(CH4)∶V(CO2)∶V(O2)=4∶2∶1 时,以流动氮气-静态空气 800℃焙烧的载体制成Ni/ZrO2 催化剂进行CO2-O2 联合重整反应,CH4 和CO2 转化率可达 90%以上,且在 400 min时间内,转化率变化较缓,说明催化剂活性和稳定性均较好.
Effect of Carrier Roasting Methods on the Reaction of CO2-O2 Combined Reforming of CH4
This paper mainly focuses on the influence of roasting method of support on the reaction of CO2-O2 reforming CH4 and examines the influence of roasting atmosphere and temperature on catalyst and the reaction of CO2-O2 reforming CH4.The findings indicate that when the reaction temperature is 800℃,W/F=0.5×10-4 g/(mL·h-1)and the feed gas radio is V(CH4):V(CO2):V(O2)=4:2:1,the Ni/ZrO2 catalyst is made into the support of flowing nitrogen-static air roasting at 800℃for reforming reaction,the conversion rate of CH4 and CO2 can reach more than 90%,and the conversion rate is slow within 400 minutes,there is a minimal change in the conversion rates,which signifying the catalyst activity and stability are excellent.
