Application of Rapid Analysis and Detection Technology for Coal Quality in Flotation Products
In view of the slow analysis speed of the traditional method in coal preparation plant to detect the ash content of flotation products,a new method was proposed to detect the ash content of flotation products quickly.The scheme of simultaneously identifying the color and reflected light intensity information of flotation products is used to realize the rapid detection of ash value of flotation products.According to the practical application,the ash rapid detection scheme can shorten the ash detection time by more than 90%,and the detection reliability is stable at more than 95%,which greatly improves the ash detection efficiency of flotation products.It lays a foundation for the rapid response adjustment of flotation process parameters and the improvement of separation efficiency and quality control efficiency of flotation process in coal preparation plant.
