Determination of 30 Pesticide Residues in Chinese Medicinal Materials with Homology of Medicine and Food by QuEChERS-High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a rapid analysis method for 30 pesticide residues in five chinese medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food, including dandelion, licorice, angelica sinensis, codonopsis pilosula, and astragalus membranaceus, using QuEChERS combined with high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Method:The sample was homogenized and extracted with acetonitrile, purified by anhydrous sodium sulfate PSA column adsorption, and analyzed by mass spectrometry in MRM mode using external standard method for quantification. Results:The 30 pesticides showed a good linear relationship within the range of 1.0~100 ng/mL,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.996.The average spiked recovery rate of 30 pesticides is 90.3%to 110%,with RSD ranging from 0.9%to 20%.Conclusion:This method is sensitive, accurate, and efficient, and can be used for rapid screening and detection of 30 pesticide residues in five chinese medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food.It provides data reference for the cultivation, production, and quality control of medicinal and edible Chinese medicinal materials.
