摘要

目的:建立精制狗皮膏中粉防己碱含量检测方法,并对分析方法验证.方法:GL Sciences InertSustain C18 4.6×250 mm×5 μm色谱柱;以甲醇为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,水(每 30 mL加 0.41 g十二烷基磺酸钠、0.1 mL冰醋酸)为流动相C,进行梯度洗脱;流速 1.5 mL/min;柱温 30℃;检测波长为 280 nm.结果:得到线性方程A=76.227C-0.007 8(r=1),线性关系良好,各组回收率在 92.48%~105.73%之间,RSD≤4.0%.结论:本文拟定方法可用于精制狗皮膏胶浆及药片中粉防己碱含量测定.

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for detecting the content of tetrandrine in refined dog skin ointment and verify the analytical method.Method:GL Sciences InertSustain C18 4.6×250 mm×5 μm chromatography column(manufacturer's article number:5020-07346).Using methanol as the mobile phase A,acetonitrile as the mobile phase B,and water(adding 0.41 g of sodium dodecyl sulfonate and 0.1 mL of glacial acetic acid every 30 mL)as the mobile phase C,gradient elution is carried out.Flow rate of 1.5mL/min.Column temperature of 30℃.The detection wavelength is 280 nm.Result:A linear equation was obtained:A=76.227*C-0.0078(r=1),with a good linear relationship.The recovery rates of each group ranged from 92.48%to 105.73%,and the RSD between the recovery rates of each group was≤4.0%.Conclusion:The proposed method can be used for the determination of tetrandrine content in refined dog skin ointment,gel,and tablets.
